Aramark UK are currently recruiting a General Handyperson/Grounds Person to join our team working at Regents Park Barracks, London.

You will be undertaking the collection and disposal of all dry refuse within the camp and immediate area, transporting all waste from bins to the waste compound, performing handyperson tasks and any other general labour tasks. To be eligible for this role, due to sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 5 years, have legal right to work in the UK, and be able to pass full security vetting and enhanced DBS checks.

• This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, Mon – Fri. Shifts range between 7:30 and 16:30.

General Handyperson/Grounds Person, based at Regents Park Barracks, London. You will perform waste collection and disposal, general handyperson tasks and other labour duties as directed.

• Collect, remove, and dispose of all dry refuse within the camp and immediate area as directed.
• Transport waste from bin stores to the waste compound and place in relevant waste streams.
• Carry out handyman tasks and other general labour duties.
• Transport and distribute cleaning stores and equipment across the site as required by the Authority.
• Provide litter-picking service in external Military Carpark.
• Uplift defective white goods and deliver replacements in coordination with the QMs Department.
• Lumbering tasks such as moving furniture and building flat-packed items as needed.
• Support onsite facilities team and ensure adequate stocks of cleaning materials and store keeping duties throughout the SQMS Department.

• Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have a legal right to work.
• Ability to pass full security vetting and enhanced DBS checks.
