Legal PA; Part-Time

Overview

Legal PA (Part-Time) We’re seeking a part-time Legal PA to join our global law firm client’s City offices. In this 2-day a week job share role, you will work Mondays and Tuesdays supporting an allocation of fee earners, including three Partners in the firm’s market-leading Commodities department.

• Salary to £46,500 (FTE)
• Part-time job share – 2 days per week (Mondays and Tuesdays)

• Support lawyers in marketing and Business Development activities
• Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
• Assist with BD pitches
• Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
• Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
• Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
• Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
• Drafting correspondence and documents

• Previous Legal PA / Secretary experience
• Corporate / Commercial law experience would be advantageous
• Ideally have some experience of BD / Marketing within a PA / Secretary role
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
