Paralegal - Commercial Litigation - Tier 1 Global Law Firm

Overview

Our client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support lawyers on complex, high-value disputes, including domestic and cross-border matters.

• Support commercial litigation matters from pre-action through trial, including High Court and international disputes.
• Manage case files, court deadlines and procedural timetables across multiple matters.
• Conduct document review and assist with disclosure exercises using e-disclosure platforms.
• Draft and amend litigation documents, including pleadings, witness statements, chronologies and correspondence.
• Prepare court, hearing and trial bundles (electronic and hard copy).
• Carry out legal and factual research to support case strategy.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, courts and external providers.
• Provide hearing and trial support as required.

• Prior 6+ months of experience in a commercial litigation or disputes role.
• Strong organisational, drafting and research skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
