Partner – Commercial Litigation (Shareholder & Partnership Disputes) Leading Boutique Employment Practice | Outstanding RemunerationA highly regarded boutique employment practice is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join its leadership team and develop a specialist disputes offering. This is a rare opportunity to build and grow a commercial litigation practice within an established and respected firm, with a particular focus on shareholder and partnership disputes.
The firm already advises a strong and loyal client base - including founders, boards, partnerships and senior executives - which is largely untapped from a commercial litigation perspective, creating immediate and organic growth potential.
The Opportunity- Lead and develop a shareholder and partnership disputes practice within a well-established employment platform
- Access a warm, high-quality client base with significant crossover potential
- Work collaboratively with senior employment partners on complex, high-value matters

- Established Commercial Litigation Partner (or Senior Legal Director / SC with partnership ambitions)
- Demonstrable expertise in shareholder disputes, partnership disputes and related commercial litigation
- Portable practice welcomed but not essential, given the strength of the existing client base
- Commercial, collaborative and collegiate mindset
