Position: Business Crime Solicitor | 4-7 PQE |  | £100k-£120k

A nationally recognised boutique firm, with a top-tier Legal 500 offering and a reputation for dealing with complex matters is looking for a Associate or Senior Associate to join their thriving Business Crime managing a wide variety of white-collar crime cases. Their client base is diverse and often international, with cases frequent matters appearing in the news.

This opportunity is for a Associate or Senior Associate that is interested in focusing their current caseload on high quality matters including fraud, anti-money laundering, bribery, corporate investigations, antitrust (cartels), fraud, and insider dealing. This firm is quickly growing and with a highly competitive salary this is a great fit for an up-and-coming Solicitor looking to gain an exciting caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of Criminal matters relating to white-collar crime, corporate investigations, and related matters. Typical matters can include fraud, anti-money laundering, bribery, corporate investigations, antitrust (cartels), fraud, and insider dealing.
  • Working alongside senior Solicitors and Partners with complex matters and assisting with the growth of the larger team and firm.
  • Building relationships with clients and maintaining the highest standard of care while ensuring full compliance.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • UK qualified solicitor of circa 4-7 PQE, with strong post-qualification experience from a recognised and reputable firm.
  • Strong understanding and experience with Criminal Law matters, including significant experience in Fraud or other areas of white-collar crime.
  • Experience managing clients and of handling a caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Strong academic background
  • Friendly, with an appreciation for firm culture and internal firm development.
  • Excellent communication skills with colleagues and members of staff.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • A duty accreditation is beneficial but not essential.
