Legal Secretary - Transactional

We're working with a leading US law firm located in the heart of the City, just moments from Liverpool Street. Known for its strength in many areas and its collaborative team culture, the firm is now looking to welcome a Legal PA into its busy Transactional department.

• Hybrid working model: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
• Prime City location near Liverpool Street
• Salary up to £57,000 depending on experience
• Supportive team with a strong reputation across the market

• Providing high-level administrative and secretarial support to fee earners
• Managing busy diaries and inboxes with precision
• Coordinating travel, meetings, and client events
• Handling document production and formatting legal correspondence
• Processing billing and time entries

• At least 5 years of legal secretarial experience in Corporate/Transactions
• Background in a top-tier City or US law firm
• Strong grasp of Corporate procedures and terminology
• Highly organised, proactive, and professional approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage competing priorities
