• Newly qualified solicitor with a genuine ambition / passion to specialise in criminal law
• Motivated, proactive, and eager to develop a strong court presence
• Some prior criminal law experience preferred (training contract, paralegal, or support roles), but passion and potential are key

• Excellent communicator, client‑focused, and able to manage a demanding caseload under pressure
