Temporary Legal Secretary​/Assistant

A well‑established law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis with the potential of going perm. This role has arisen due to maternity leave cover, and the firm requires additional support across the practice.

You will be supporting a small number of partners, with no fixed allocation, working collaboratively with existing team members.

• Working pattern: 3 days in the office / 2 days remote
• Hours:
  
  09:30 - 17:30
• Salary:
  Up to £50,000

• Providing secretarial and administrative support across litigation and disputes matters
• Document preparation, formatting, and proofreading
• Managing correspondence, filing, and case documentation
• Diary management and general support to partners and fee earners
• Assisting the wider team as required during maternity cover

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally within litigation, arbitration or disputes
• Strong organisational and document management skills
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple partners
• Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
