- Academic excellence – at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) and solicitor examinations passed first time. Include full academic details, grades, subjects and transcripts.
- Bright self‑starter, excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Strong legal skills: complex drafting, negotiation and project management; good people‑management and business‑development skills.
- Full understanding of law‑firm profitability and key drivers for financial efficiency; ability to manage costs and budgets.
