Expanding City firm are looking to recruit an experienced legal secretarial co-ordinator to manage a team of thirteen PA’s. This is a new role and will include day to day management of secretarial allocation and workflow as well as mentoring and upskilling the team. Extensive liaison with key stakeholders including IT to enhance the performance of the team and the offering within the business.

You will need experience within a law firm, exceptional communication and IT skills and the personality and drive to innovate and drive change and best practice. Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
