This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor at Partner level to join our client's thriving litigation team based in London. You will be leading the Commercial Litigation team, supporting a team of Commercial Litigators who have a wide range of experience as well as a similar number of support staff and so experience of this is a requirement.

• Commercial and company disputes
• Insolvency matters
• Professional Negligence claims
• Injunctions
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Breach of trust claims

• Qualified in the UK as a Solicitor of England and Wales with 12 - 15 solid years PQE within the field of Commercial Litigation and coming from a small to mid-sized law firm
• Longevity within their current role is essential
• Have exceptional business acumen
• Experience of managing and leading a team
• Have the ability to communicate in a clear and assertive manner to those who have a good understanding of the law, and proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with good business acumen.
