Fast-growing, innovative fintech company are looking for a Legal Counsel, with a background in commercial, IT or technology law, to join their high-calibre legal team. This role sits directly under the General Counsel.

Responsibilities:

Drafting, preparing, and reviewing complex SaaS product contracts
Track and monitor legal and regulatory developments
Improving customer contract negotiation process and lead supplier negotiations
Advise on existing client contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business goals
Oversee and manage external legal counsel
Advising on best practices and compliance

Requirements:

5 – 8 years PQE in commercial, IT or technology law
Excellent drafting skills – must be able to draft contracts free-hand
Experience from either practice or another fintech business
