We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm based in the City of London who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated paralegal with previous conveyancing experience to join a respected practice known for its high-quality property work and collaborative culture.

• Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Preparing and reviewing contracts, completion statements, and other documentation.
• Managing case files from instruction through to completion under supervision.
• Conducting property searches and handling Land Registry applications.
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to progress transactions efficiently.

• Minimum 6–12 months’ experience within a residential conveyancing department.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
• Good working knowledge of case management systems and Microsoft Office.

• Competitive salary between £28,000 – £32,000
  , depending on experience.
• Friendly, professional working environment within a central City of London office.
