- Fornirai assistenza via telefono, chat ed email ai clienti italiani
- Aiuterai con problemi legati a ordini, dispositivi, account e impostazioni
- Offrirai soluzioni chiare e tempestive, mantenendo alti standard di soddisfazione
- Collaborerai con il team per risolvere segnalazioni tecniche e richieste complesse
- Promuoverai buone pratiche digitali e supporto responsabile all'utente
- Stipendio competitivo + 2 mensilità extra/anno
