Location: City Of London
Overview
A leading Lloyd's Broker seeks a Senior Claims Advocate with 3-5+ years of experience handling Financial Lines claims, to manage a diverse range of claims in a hybrid role based in London.
Responsibilities- Assess risk exposure related to Financial Lines claims.
- Monitor claim settlements to ensure appropriate resolution and timely closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers.
- Collaborate with teams to support case strategy and client service.
- 3-5+ years of experience handling Financial Lines claims, from either an Insurer or Broker perspective.
- Strong understanding of ECF (Electronic Claims File) processes.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role and in London.
- Experience with risk assessment, claims management, and client/insurer communications.
This position is offered on a 12-month contract.
