Claims Manager - Salus Insurance Services Inc.

Our client is a leading Insurance Company that offers an array of insurance products on a global basis. They are looking to recruit a Claims Manager to take responsibility for managing a portfolio of Property Claims, mainly emanating from the US and Canada. • Manage and oversee all aspects of property claims, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Lead a team of claims professionals, providing guidance and support throughout the claims process.
• Analyse and assess complex claims, utilizing knowledge of the London Market claims systems (e.g., ECF).
• Develop and implement strategies to improve claims processing efficiency and accuracy.
• Liaise with clients, insurance brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of claims.

• Proven experience in managing complex property claims, preferably within the London Market and preferably experience in US and Canadian Claims.
• Strong understanding of claims management systems and processes, including ECF.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess claims and make informed decisions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in insurance, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
