Senior Cyber Claims Handler

Responsibilities

Our client, a Lloyd's broker, have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Cyber Claims Handler to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the provision of claims & service for major clients and complex Cyber claims.

Other duties will include managing the provision of claims advocacy and service to Cyber clients & Retail partners. You will provide expert claims advocacy in relation to complex and/or contentious Cyber claims, maintaining & leveraging market relationships as necessary, in order to bring claims to prompt, satisfactory conclusions. For major clients you will lead the claims relationship, including regular meetings, delivery of claims reports etc, ensuring that client & producer expectations are properly understood and managed.

Applicants should have a strong knowledge of Cyber products and claims and have a proven track record of resolving complex/high value Cyber claims. Litigation experience (including US) would be advantageous.

This will be a hybrid role.
