Financial Lines Claims Advocate

Overview

A well respected Lloyd's broker have an exciting new opening for a Claims Advocate within their Financial Lines team.

• Manage, strategy and process for the notification, agreement, collection and successful settlement of a portfolio of Financial Lines claims, including Professional Indemnity, D&O and Crime claims.
• Liaise with clients, placement teams, specialists, network offices, underwriters and appointed authorities (loss adjusters, lawyers, etc.).
• Apply knowledge of Financial Lines claims and coverage analysis with the confidence to coordinate and initiate discussions with networks, clients, underwriters and experts.

• Good knowledge of Financial Lines claims (D&O and/or PI claims) and coverage analysis.
• Ability to coordinate discussions with networks, clients, underwriters and experts.
• Understanding of ECF would be advantageous.
• Applicants with a claims background in a Lloyd s broker, MGA or Insurer/Syndicate would be considered.
