Insurance Broker - Accident & Health

Overview

Our client is a well-established, reputable and global Lloyd's Broker with a strong presence in the London Market. They provide a broad range of innovative insurance and reinsurance solutions to clients and global partners. There is a brand new position as an Insurance Broker within the Accident & Health Division.

This is a client- and market-facing broker role, where the post-holder will assist with day-to-day servicing and growth of an Accident & Health portfolio including Global Personal Accident, Life, Business Travel Accident & Sports Risks.

• Providing first class day-to-day servicing duties to a broad portfolio of Accident & Health Risks
• Day-to-day broking duties, including presentations, negotiating terms on behalf of clients/partners and placing complex risks
• Building and maintaining client and insurer relationships
• Working closely with network offices and independent retailers/clients
• Collaborating with the team and identifying new business opportunities to expand the portfolio
• Business travel opportunities to meet clients and colleagues globally
• Cross-selling other relevant product lines
• Understanding client requirements and providing a bespoke service to meet their needs

• 5 years+ of experience required as a Lloyd s Broker or Underwriter
• Experienced in placing Accident & Health Risks
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid relationship building and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
