This is a new and exclusive opportunity for a Salesforce technical lead to join this thriving Salesforce business. You will lead Salesforce technical development within core Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and realise public sector projects for a policing organisation. The role is customer‑facing and requires strong communication skills.

• Technical stack:
  Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud;
  Omni Studio/OmniScript desirable
• Focus:
  Salesforce Technical Development within core Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are adhered to, including Dev Ops guidelines, and provide guidance to developers.

• Salesforce Development experience with a strong track record of delivering complex projects.
• Salesforce Administration experience, including current certification and proven expertise with core products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage clients.
• Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
