Systems Engineer | London (Hybrid) | £800 per day
Are you a highly autonomous Systems Engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments? This contract offers the chance to influence architecture decisions, shape delivery workflows, and play a key role in a nationwide technology rollout.
Join a long‑running transformation programme where your technical leadership and structured, methodical approach will directly support the launch of self‑service technology across high street locations.

- Coordinating and defining technical deliverables across multiple software development groups
- Driving architecture decisions and software workflow definitions for remaining feature sets
- Producing and maintaining clear technical and software architecture documentation
- Supporting the rollout of embedded devices across an enterprise IT estate
- Working daily with Product Owners, Project Managers, system architects and lead developers
- Ensuring networking, security, and integration requirements are accurately implemented
- A background in software development with progression into Technical Lead, Software Architect, or Systems Architect roles
- Applied experience delivering solutions within an Enterprise IT environment
- Knowledge of large‑scale device rollout, networking standards and security requirements
- Experience collaborating with multi‑supplier delivery teams
- Advantageous: exposure to Cloud services, IoT, payments, or USB device integration
