Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Analyse existing processes within the Bank's Planon IWMS, documenting current-state workflows, business rules, data dependencies, and system interactions.
• Engage stakeholders to understand operational needs, pain points, and gaps between Planon and the supplier's IWMS.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to capture functional and non-functional requirements.

• Identify and document required interfaces between Planon and the supplier's IWMS, including data flows, integration points, and trigger mechanisms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to assess integration capabilities (APIs, data schemas, import/export processes, etc.).
• Define interface requirements, data mapping specifications, and integration acceptance criteria.

• Produce clear, comprehensive as-is and to-be process maps using BPMN and relevant Bank/industry standards.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical and vendor teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout analysis and design phases.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across Operations, IT, FM, Risk, and Supplier Management to align on process and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with the supplier to ensure understanding of system behaviour, data structures, and integration constraints.
• Present findings, solution options, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in technology-focused or IWMS/Facilities Management environments.
• Strong process analysis and BPMN-based modelling skills.
• Proven ability to analyse system interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements.
• Understanding of IWMS platforms; experience with Planon is highly desirable.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured, and actionable documentation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
