We’re Hiring: 2 Hybrid Project Managers / Business Analysts (PM/BA) – London Market Insurance

A fast-growing insurance business is scaling its digital and operational capability and needs two hands-on PM/BA professionals to help deliver critical change at pace.

These roles are delivery-first
, high exposure, and ideal for people who like rolling their sleeves up rather than hiding behind process.

You’ll work across multiple digital and systems-focused initiatives
, including:

• Enhancing an existing quote & bind digital product
• Delivering new digital platforms end-to-end
• Supporting implementation of a new policy administration system
• Taking work from definition through to live delivery and BAU handover

This is a true PM/BA blend role — perfect if you enjoy owning delivery, shaping requirements, and driving outcomes.

• London Market insurance experience
• Strong Business Analysis capability with some PM delivery experience
• (BA-leaning profiles welcome; pure PMs without BA exposure less suitable)
• Confident engaging stakeholders from C-suite to developers
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Clear communicator, including with offshore / non-native English speakers
• Policy administration system exposure
• Quote & bind / trading platform experience
• Underwriting, delegated authority, or market-facing background
• High-impact delivery work with real autonomy
• Broad exposure across technology, operations, and the insurance lifecycle
• Minimal bureaucracy — focus on outcomes, not paperwork
• Fast interview process and quick start
