As part of our growing technical team, we’re looking for a highly capable and motivated Dev Ops Engineer to design, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our systems that power AI-driven clinical research and digital health innovation.

the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and self-motivated Dev Ops Engineer to manage and scale our cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining our production environment while collaborating closely with our full-stack development team to deliver reliable and secure systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in creating efficient, well-documented, and scalable infrastructure solutions that support cutting-edge digital health technologies.

Key

responsibilities
  • Managing and building our production infrastructure (e.g. GCP, Docker, Git Hub pipelines)
  • Automating infrastructure deployment (multiple regions with region-specific requirements)
  • Collaborating with the full-stack team in the design, development and delivery of key features
  • Contribute to technical design meetings with your own unique perspective and expertise
  • Documenting decisions and your work to a high degree.
Requirements
  • Proven development and engineering experience of delivery into production.
  • Previous experience of building and managing cloud-based infrastructure
  • Solid grasp of chatops, security, and operational.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Three years of experience as a software engineer, with at least two years with Dev Ops responsibilities
Desirable
  • Experience working in HIPAA/27001 regulated environments.
