The role

The Senior Office Technology Specialistwillsitatthefrontofofficetechnologysupport ,actingasthego-toescalationpointforcomplexissuesandensuringaconsistentlyhighstandardofserviceacrossthefirm.

The role combines:

  • Ownershipofthe Tech Barfunction
  • Hands-onAVandmeetingroomsupport
  • DeliveryofkeyITprojects

Youwillbetrustedtoengagedirectlywithpartners,resolveissuesquicklyandprofessionally,andkeepdisruptiontoaminimum.

Key responsibilities
  • Actastheseniorpresenceonthe Tech Bar ,providingfront-of-house

    ITsupport.
  • Serveasescalationpointforjuniormembersoftheteam.
  • Provide hands-onAVandmeetingroomsupportforclientandinternalmeetings.
  • Supportandtroubleshootendpointhardware,operating systems,and applications.

Leadanddeliver

ITprojectsincluding:

  • Windows
    11rollout
  • Laptoprefreshprogramme s
  • iPhonerollouts
  • Workcloselywithstakeholdersacrossthebusiness,includingpartnersandseniorstaff.
  • Maintainaccuratedocumentationandfollowagreedprocessesandstandards.
Skills and experience required
  • Provenexperienceinasenior2ndlinedesksideorend-userITsupportrole
  • Strongexperiencesupportingusersfacetofaceinanofficeenvironment.
  • ConfidentsupportingAVsystemsandlivemeetingroomtechnology
  • Strong Windowsandendpointsupportbackground
  • Excellentcommunicationskills,withtheabilitytoengageprofessionallywithseniorstakeholders.
  • Calm,pragmaticapproachtoproblem-solvinginliveenvironments.
  • Experiencewithinalawfirmorprofessionalservicesenvironmentishighlydesirable.
