We're recruiting a Senior Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing, innovative business operating in the fintech/payments space.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, working closely with stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact across brand, content, and performance activity.

You’ll play a key role in executing and optimising marketing activity across multiple channels, supporting brand visibility, demand generation, and customer engagement.

• Planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns
• Creating and managing content across digital channels (web, email, social, paid)
• Supporting product and proposition marketing
• Working with internal teams and external agencies
• Tracking performance, analysing results, and reporting on ROI
• Supporting PR, partnerships, events, and awards submissions
• Ensuring brand consistency across all outputs

You’ll be a proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys variety and ownership.

• Experience in a B2B or fintech/payments environment
• Strong campaign management and content experience
• Confidence working with data, analytics, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, organised, and commercially aware mindset

• £47,000 base salary
