Business Transformation Lead

Overview

Korn Ferry are working with their esteemed utilities client based in London. We are looking for an AI Business Transformation Lead who will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the organisation's AI transformation programme.

• Co-lead the definition and execution of the enterprise AI transformation roadmap
• Partner with executive stakeholders to shape AI vision, priorities, and investment cases
• Translate AI ambition into executable programmes, milestones, and outcomes
• Oversee and coordinate multiple AI work streams
• Act as a bridge between business, technology, data, and partners
• Ensure AI initiatives deliver tangible value
• Embed AI responsibly within organisational culture
• Support governance and stakeholder alignment

• Proven experience leading large-scale business or digital transformations
• Demonstrable experience delivering AI-enabled change
• Strong background working at executive level
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
• Experience in regulated or complex enterprises preferred
