Location: City of Westminster

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our high-performing Enterprise Agency sales team in our London office. In this role, you will lead the new business sales drive of Quantcast's managed service offerings and self-serve platform. You'll be responsible for the pre-sales qualification (identifying the perfect Quantcast customer), sales strategy, negotiation, implementation & assisting in growth of new business with the Account Management team.

  • This is a net-new business role focused on acquiring new clients across Big 6 Agencies.
  • Identify the perfect clients for Quantcast, convert quickly & build a plan to scale.
  • Present and evangelise Quantcast's capabilities and offering in the UK digital advertising marketplace; build an intimate understanding of Quantcast products and their place in the industry.
  • Bringing in new customers, both through advertising/media agencies and also by influencing direct brands.
  • Continually analysing sales statistics to determine growth potential and working towards specific KPIs and challenging targets.
    7+ years' experience in new business sales in media or ad-tech.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing strategic accounts - Evidence of deal velocity: consistent closing of mid-to-large opportunities.
  • Strong ability to sell consultatively to senior decision-makers, including experience pitching direct to brand (client direct), beyond agencies.
  • Commercially sharp: confident managing deal cycles, forecast accuracy, and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Self-starter with pace, resilience and a  build-it  mentality; thrives in high-growth environments.
