Service Analyst - ITSM - 6 months Contract - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35

This role will be an average of 2-3 days per week on-site, in London.

Service Analyst required to work alongside the Infrastructure Team Leaders and support day-to-day activities for this Global Legal Company.

Service Analyst experience to include:

Experience in coordination across Change, Incident and Problem management - ideally working within a Legal, Insurance or Financial Service environment
Experience with ITSM and tools such as Service Now, JIRA, Agile and Scrum
Cab experience / Change Advisory Board
Icp facilitation / Integrated Change Process - Run the calls and maintain reviews.
Work with Infrastructure, Compute and Network teams, monitoring tickets and SLAs
Process review and improvements
Daily ticket queue checks, including triage, and updates.
Documentation and Agenda circulation
Support Infrastructure Team Leaders in creating minutes, chasing actions and standing in for them when required
Raising and following up Escalations
Stakeholder Management
Experience working within a Global Environment
