SEO Director | London
Seeking a strategic, data-driven SEO Director to lead and scale organic growth for one of the UK's largest company formation businesses. With a customer base of over 500,000 and continued year on year growth this is an exciting growth opportunity.
Role SummaryThis senior role will define and deliver a long-term SEO strategy that drives visibility, qualified traffic, and measurable commercial impact. You will partner with senior leadership, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage an SEO Specialist while embedding SEO best practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Define and lead a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business objectives
- Drive organic growth through technical, on‑page, and content‑led optimisation
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with content, design, development, and marketing teams
- Deliver clear performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Leverage technology and AI to improve SEO efficiency and impact
- Oversee keyword research, competitor analysis, audits, and reporting
- Lead link‑building initiatives, site migrations, and optimisation of key landing pages
- Seasoned SEO professional with 10yrs+ experience and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact results in a senior role
- Strategic and analytical, with a hands‑on, data‑led approach
- Deep expertise across technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO
- Strong working knowledge of industry tools (e.g. SEMrush)
- Familiar with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Comfortable leading in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays >
