• Define Platform Vision & Principles:
  Establish architectural guidelines aligned with business objectives for a greenfield implementation.
• Design Multi-System Architecture:
  Create high-level architecture for UI/UX, API Platform, and Camunda (COTS product) hosted on Open Shift.
• Baseline Technology Stack:
  Select compute, storage, networking strategies, and integration patterns leveraging Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, and CICD tooling.
• Security & Compliance Framework:
  Implement IAM, encryption standards, and ensure regulatory compliance across all environments.
• Governance & Standards:
  Set architecture standards, observability strategy, and cost optimization guidelines for platform operations.
• Environment Design & Automation:
  Design architecture for automated deployment for Dev, Test, UAT, and Production environments.
