Product & Operations Associate | Start-up | Cybersecurity & AI | London | Hybrid
About the CompanyHyre AI is partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded cybersecurity company on a mission to solve one of the biggest challenges on the modern internet: proving who's human in a world dominated by bots, scripts, and AI impersonators. Their technology protects some of the most trusted names in financial services and beyond, and they've just raised a multi-million seed round to accelerate growth.
They're now hiring a Product & Operations Associate to join a small, exceptional team building the future of online trust.
About the RoleAs a Product & Operations Associate, you will work closely with the founders to support how the product is built, shipped, and scaled across the business.
- You’ll be involved in building processes across the business, helping shape how projects are scoped, tested, and delivered in practice.
- You’ll work alongside founders, engineers, and product leaders to understand what the technology is doing, why it matters, and how it fits into the wider company strategy.
- You’ll help capture and structure feedback from customers and the market, supporting better prioritisation and decision making.
- You’ll explore how AI can be used across the company to improve how work gets done, supporting experimentation with tools, workflows, and systems.
NB:
Please note, this role requires 3‑4 days on‑site in the office, ~5 minutes from Liverpool Street Station.
- Strong organisation and execution: you can take loosely defined work and turn it into clear actions and follow‑through.
- Product & operations mindset: you enjoy improving systems, processes, and how teams work together.
- Comfort with ambiguity: you’re able to make progress without perfect information or constant direction.
- Clear communication: you can write clearly, summarise discussions, and keep stakeholders aligned.
- Interest in startups: you’re excited by early‑stage environments where things evolve quickly.
- AI curiosity: you’ve used AI tools or worked on AI‑related projects (academic, personal, or professional).
- Good judgement and discretion: you can handle sensitive context and represent the company well.
- Bonus: experience working in a startup or small, agile team.
- Salary range: £30,000 - £40,000.
- Stock options: share in the company’s growth.
- Employer matched pension.
- High‑impact learning, mentorship, and exposure to real production systems.
- Build a career in product, operations, or product ops at a fast‑growing tech company.
- Work closely with experienced founders and engineers.
- Learn how real products are built, shipped, and improved in practice.
- Develop skills that compound quickly rather than doing narrow, repetitive work.
- Take on increasing responsibility as the company scales.
