Demonstrate experience in both HCM and Finance modules, excellent communication, and stakeholder collaboration, including with the C‑Suite.

This newly created role, located with a leading international hedge fund, focuses on building an internal Workday delivery function that supports, develops, and manages products to improve utilization, integration, and adoption of Workday tools, driving best practice and ROI across finance and HR teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions across Finance and HCM modules.
• Utilize Workday Extend to build custom applications and deliver innovative solutions.
• Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other business systems, including Salesforce and third‑party tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday capabilities and best practices.
• Stay current with Workday releases and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements.
• Drive automation and process optimization across HR and Finance functions.
• Develop strong expertise in Workday reporting tools, including custom reports, calculated fields, and advanced reporting techniques.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards for HR and Finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

• Proven experience as a Workday Technical Specialist with deep knowledge of HCM and Finance modules.
• Hands‑on experience with Workday Extend and custom app development.
• Expertise in Workday integrations, including Salesforce and other enterprise tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Workday Pro certification and familiarity with API‑based integrations.
