The Role – As a Data Engineer, you’ll design and build scalable data pipelines to process raw, unstructured data from subscription apps. Your work will筙 feed into ML models that predict marketing performance, identify data inconsistencies, and drive actionable insights. This isn’t just about maintenance—it’s about defining the tech stack, making key decisions, and growing with the company.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:

• Cleaning Drew structuring and ingesting behavioral tracking data for ML models.
• Collaborating with a lead data scientist and marketing expert to refine feature engineering and ensure data quality.

Skills and experience – The successful Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

• 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in data engineering, ideally in startups, consumer subscription apps, or Mar Tech.
• Strong Python skills (certifications or deep experience with Pandas, Polars).
• Experience with behavioral tracking data (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment).
• Familiarity with dbt, Django, and Dev Ops/ML workflows.
