AWS Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs) are technologists with deep domain-specific expertise, able to address advanced concepts and feature designs. As part of the AWS sales organization, SSAs work with customers who have complex challenges that require expert-level knowledge to solve. SSAs craft scalable, flexible and resilient technical architectures that address those challenges. This might involve guiding customers as they refactor an application or designing entirely new cloud‑based systems.

• Provide advanced technical knowledge to your domain aligned GTM teams to unblock our customers' largest and most critical business challenges.
• Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public‑speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re:
  
  Invent, etc.
• Partner with Business Development teams to define the technical components of best‑in‑class GTM concepts, solutions, P and initiatives.
• Develop and support an AWS internal community of technical subject matter experts worldwide. Create field enablement materials for the broader SA population, to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services solutions into customer architectures.

Experience with in specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).

• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
• Experience in management of technical, enterprise customer‑facing resources or equivalent.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish.
• 5+ years of experience in Contact Center Technologies/CCaaS, or building integrations across WFM, CRM and other contact centre solutions or experience with communications protocols and APIs such as WebRTC and SIP.

• Knowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4
  
  HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
• Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking.
• Experience working with end user or developer communities.
• Experience identifyingประมาณ, developing, negotiating, and closing large‑scale technology projects for global customers.
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
• Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
• Experience in written and verbal communicationậ skills to communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Experience working within software development or Internet‑related industries.
• AWS certification, such as AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification, or Associate's degree or above.
• Are enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Amazon Connect Experience, Amazon Connect Certification/Badges.
• Additional European language skills are desirable.
