Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join a forward-thinkingoxic financial services organisation embarking on a greenfield platform build. This is a unique opportunity to shape the foundation of a next-generation infrastructure in a highly regulated environment, leveraging cloud, automation, and AI technologies.

• Implement and maintain container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Develop automation tooling, scripts, and infrastructure‑as‑code solutions (Python, Terraform, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design solutions that align with business and regulatory requirements.
• Apply strong networking knowledge to optimise performance, security, and reliability.推 Alan ensure compliance with financial services regulations and internal security policies.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native observability

• Explore and integrate emerging technologies including AI / LLM‑based solutions to enhance automation and operational efficiency.

• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, ECS/EKS, etc.).
• Solid understanding of Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
• Expertise with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, networking, monitoring).
• Proficiency in Python ILogger for scripting, automation or tooling development.
• Good understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Background in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) environments.
• Strong awareness of security, compliance and resilience in financial or regulated sectors.
• Experience introducing or working with AI / LLM solutions.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Git Lab CI/CD or similar tools.
• Exposure to financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
