A leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) are looking to hire a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their Service Desk team. Ideal for candidates with MSP or IT Service Desk experience looking to progress their IT career.
Key Responsibilities- First-line IT support for incidents and service requests
- Log, prioritise, and resolve tickets to SLA and ITIL standards
- Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and desktop support
- Escalate issues to 2nd/3rd line when required
- Deliver excellent customer service
- 1-2 years in an IT Support / Service Desk / MSP role
- Windows 10/11 & Windows Server #removed#
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, One Drive, Teams)
- Active Directory
- Laptop, desktop & Apple macOS support
- Backup technologies such as DATTO, Acronis
- ITIL knowledge
- Hybrid working (post-probation)
