• You are in the final year of a degree in a quantitative field (mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, physics, engineering, or similar).
• Some experience with SQL whether from coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• The ability to structure problems and think critically about data.
• You have high agency and pride of ownership in your work, taking initiative to drive impact.
• Genuine curiosity about how things work and why.
