• Lead the analysis and definition of business requirements, ensuring alignment with high-quality, cloud-native Cortex solutions.
• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable functional and non-functional requirements for delivery teams.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery by supporting planning, requirement traceability, stakeholder alignment, and ongoing refinement.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to enable scalable, event-driven, and decoupled solutions through structured business insight.
• Work closely with architects, delivery managers, and engineers to ensure business needs are accurately implemented in solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities by shaping business problem statements, developing solution narratives, and contributing to RFP responses.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of reusable BA toolkits, requirement templates, and delivery accelerators for Cortex.
• Stay informed on cloud, automation, and AI trends, and help clients understand their practical business impact.

• 3-5 years' experience as a technical business analyst, ideally in financial services or similar sectors.
• Hands-on experience with technology, including exposure to AI tools, platforms, or projects.
• Strong analytical skills, able to translate complex information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Credible communicator, comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Experienced in managing small projects or work streams, balancing delivery discipline with pragmatism.
• Takes accountability for outcomes, driving work from definition through to delivery.
• Embraces continuous learning, stays current with emerging technologies, and is passionate about real-world AI applications; consulting and coaching/mentoring experience are desirable.
