• Run technical demonstrations and proofs of concept (POCs).
• Guide complex integrations and shape customer strategies within cloud infrastructure and observability stacks.
• Troubleshoot issues, deliver executive presentations, and advise on long-term architecture.
• Contribute to customer success and business growth through hands-on work with the latest in cloud infrastructure and observability tools.

• Strong technical expertise across Kubernetes, containers, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Open Telemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience in pre-sales and working directly with clients.
