Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for keeping critical trading systems running smoothly? Our client, a leading player in the energy trading space, is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic team and take ownership of key trading platforms including Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony, Planlogic EoS, Credit Cube, and Datagenic.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced trading environment, ensuring system stability, managing end-of-day processes, and driving continuous service improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting production environments for key ETRM systems, ensuring availability and performance meet business expectations
• Investigating and resolving technical and functional issues across managed applications
• Managing incidents from start to resolution, with proactive communication to stakeholders
• Coordinating with internal and external 3rd line support teams when escalation is needed
• Overseeing release and change management processes with full documentation and rollback plans
• Developing robust support infrastructure and refining operational procedures
• Managing end-of-day processes and supporting disaster recovery failovers when required
• Maintaining clear, evolving documentation for issue resolution and system handovers
• Entering approved master data into systems as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (preferred)
• Solid understanding of ETRM systems — ideally Openlink Endur, Amphora Symphony, and/or Planlogic EoS
• Familiarity with core trading processes and the demands of a production trading environment
• A collaborative mindset with a track record of driving improvements
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver against expectations
