Technical Product Lead (Machine Learning & AI)

A large corporate going through major digital & data transformation, and implementing AI & ML solutions to optimise Customer Experience.

They are looking for a Head of Technical Product to join their internal “Software Scale up”. You’ll join a team of individuals working to deliver ML & AI products to many product leaders and Snr Stakeholders in the business.

You’ll be tasked with building a team of 4 Technical Product Managers and will be the link between the Engineers/Developer & the business stakeholders.

You’ll likely be someone who started as a Developer or Data Scientist, and who then has transitioned into a role as a Product Owner, Product Manager or BA. The ability to be able to communicate equally effectively with a Developer or with a Snr Business Leader is crucial to this role.

You’ll play a key role in a business going through one of the largest Digital & AI transformations in the UK.

• Must have a background in Data Science, AI or advanced Analytics
• Must have some knowledge of data architecture / data processing technology
• Experience with Python, SQL
• Familiarity with micro service and event driven architectures
• Building data driven software applications in any of the following:
• AI
• Data Science / analytics
• Decision support systems
• Automation
• E-commerce
• Call centre tooling
• Operational management tooling
• ML and/or Data ops
