Performance Marketing & MarTech Manager

Salt is currently supporting a global organisation as they look to bring in an experienced Marketing Technology leader to own and evolve the event and experience technology stack.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, events, and Mar Tech, with responsibility for shaping platform strategy, governance, and measurement across in‑person, hybrid, and virtual events.

📍 London based, hybrid working

📅 12 month contract starting February 2026

• Owning and developing event technology platforms including registration, streaming, and engagement tools
• Setting standards, documentation, and scalable frameworks across event delivery
• Partnering with international marketing teams to align tools, processes, and roadmaps
• Overseeing tracking, analytics, dashboards, and reporting to demonstrate event impact
• Acting as the senior technical point of contact for event and experience platforms
• Supporting enablement, training, and platform adoption across teams

• 7+ years in Mar Tech or Marketing Operations
• Strong experience across event platforms, digital analytics, and system integrations
• Comfortable operating independently in complex, fast‑paced environments
• Able to translate technical detail into clear commercial value
