Senior System Architect

Complexio's Foundational AI works to automate business activities by ingesting whole company data – both structured and unstructured – and making sense of it. Using proprietary models and algorithms Complexio forms a deep understanding of how humans are interacting and using it. Automation can then replicate and improve these actions independently.

The System Architect drives the technology adoption on daily basis linking concrete initiatives and development activities to the technology target and product vision. In a continuous conversation with engineering, customer success and management concrete steps are identified, and technology requirements are captured supporting that product and platform evolves hand in hand.

• Set the direction for utilization of available technology and architecture components across engineering
• Build and maintain a Technology Adoption Roadmap that transforms high level strategy and customer needs into concrete initiatives and implementations
• Provide direction and feedback that helps us improve technology adoption, platform capabilities and product features
• Continuous support to Pod Leads and Managers helping to build roadmaps, create plans and break projects into executable pieces of work

• Architecture – deep knowledge and understanding of event-driven architecture required to facilitate the continuous improvement cycle
• Technology – a broad understanding of technologies such as generative AI – and ability to translate technology into business
• Communication – bridge understanding between multiple internal roles (including ops, engineers, data scientists and customer success managers), stakeholders, and customers

• Pods integrates technology progression with clear steps in their 90-days roadmap/objectives
• Technology language matures and becomes a common and aligned language
• Customers understand Complexio architecture and technology, and how to translate this into value
