• Be the go‑to person for second and third line IT support macOS and Windows—handling calls, emails, tickets and on‑site
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for a range of users
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding—device setup, user accounts, permissions
• Keep documentation up to date with clear notes and resolutions
• Deliver an exceptional support experience both remotely and on‑site

• Prior experience in 1st line support, helpdesk, or a similar tech role
• Confidence working with macOS and Windows environments
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A customer‑first attitude and enthusiasm for learning

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other cloud systems
• Experience using MDM tools like Intune or Jump Cloud
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.)
