Sec Ops Manager – City of London (Hybrid)

A leading international professional services firm (30+ offices across 20 countries) is undertaking a major transformation of its Digital, Data and Security estate and they’re looking for a Sec Ops Manager to play a pivotal role in strengthening their security posture across the business.

This is a chance to step into a brand new & highly visible role where you’ll shape operational security, drive continuous improvement, and partner with global teams to embed best‑in‑class security practices.

• Lead programmes that reduce information security risk across the enterprise
• Ensure firmwide applications meet Info Sec standards and remain secure
• Manage accepted risks, changes in vulnerabilities, and remediation activities
• Oversee patching, upgrades, and configuration management across key systems
• Support internal and external audits with high‑quality evidence and reporting
• Influence cyber governance, security standards, and operational procedures
• Act as the bridge between security, operations, delivery teams and stakeholders

• Certifications such as Security+, CISSP or similar
• Strong hands‑on information security experience: incident response, log review, root‑cause analysis
• Experience managing security infrastructure and operational security processes
• Confidence communicating risk to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• A background supporting audits and compliance initiatives (ISO, CE+, external audits)
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to influence teams across the organisation
