💼 About the roleAs Head of Partnerships (Reports to VP Growth), you will expand the Ultralytics ecosystem and influence — not direct revenue — by designing scalable partnership frameworks and owning the roadmap across hardware, cloud, datasets, and academia. You will turn world‑class technology into real‑world integrations that make YOLO ubiquitous on edge devices and in the cloud.
You’ll target deep alliances with leaders like NVIDIA
, Qualcomm, Arm, Intel, AWS, Google Cloud Vision AI, and Azure AI Services, while cultivating relationships with emerging AI and edge startups. Your partnerships will drive integration quality, benchmarking, SDK compatibility, and technical validation that compound our long‑term advantage.
Operating as both strategist and operator, you’ll collaborate with Product and Engineering on integrations and benchmarking, work with Marketing on co‑marketing and joint content, and partner with Sales/Customer Success on enablement that increases customer value. You’ll represent Ultralytics at flagship events such as YOLO Vision, GTC, and CVPR — building thought leadership through talks, panels, and joint announcements.
Success looks like measurable ecosystem adoption, integration quality, partner reach, and brand influence — tracked and communicated regularly with clear metrics and artifacts.
🚀 What You’ll Do Ecosystem Strategy & Expansion- Define and own Ultralytics’ partnership roadmap across hardware, cloud, dataset, and academic ecosystems
. - Establish and grow strategic relationships that extend Ultralytics’ reach, technical integration, and visibility.
- Build deep collaborations with both established tech leaders and emerging AI startups
, driving innovation at the edge. - Develop and operationalize a partnership framework that enables scalable, long‑term collaboration and mutual growth.
- Ensure partnerships drive ecosystem adoption and influence
, not direct sales quotas.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize and deliver integrations, reference designs, and performance benchmarks that make YOLO a default choice on edge devices and cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch co‑branded stories, demos, and technical content that resonate with practitioners and decision‑makers, highlighting real‑world outcomes like those in our customer showcases
. - Enable Sales and Customer Success with partner‑backed assets, solution briefs, and technical artifacts that increase adoption and customer value.
- Represent Ultralytics on stage and in boardrooms, advancing thought leadership at industry forums, including YOLO Vision events such as Ultralytics’
YOLO Vision event and global conferences like MWC and CVPR. - Build a trusted network across hardware vendors, cloud providers, OEMs, and research institutions, to inform our roadmap and accelerate innovation.
