Key Responsibilities- Architect innovative, AWS‑optimized communication architectures for enterprise customers
- Provide expert guidance to GTM teams and unblock critical customer business challenges
- Represent customer perspectives, curating feature requests and technical feedback
- Create enablement materials and thought leadership content across technical forums
- Support and guide an internal network of technical subject matter experts
Your day blends deep technical problem‑solving with strategic customer engagement. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional, dive into complex architectural designs, and translate technical capabilities into business value. Expect to move seamlessly between technical deep dives with engineering teams and high‑level strategic discussions with executive leadership.

Qualifications- Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics
- Design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures
- IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or internet industries
- Experience in the customer service/contact center industry or working with end‑user or developer communities
- Advanced infrastructure and networking architecture experience
- Deep understanding of enterprise communication technologies
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences
