Technical Trainer

Technical Trainer – Insurance (12-Month FTC, £55–60k)

I am pleased to be partnering with a change-driven insurance organisation to hire a Technical Trainer who will play a key role in the adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

This role sits at the heart of technology, people, and change
, helping teams build confidence and capability in a complex, regulated environment.

📍
London (Hybrid) – 2–3 days per week in the office

📅
12-month fixed-term contract (strong potential to go permanent)

• Design and deliver technical training across systems, processes, and regulatory requirements
• Support system design, UAT, and user readiness with a people-first approach
• Assess skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions (classroom, virtual, blended)
• Develop engaging learning materials including guides, e-learning, and hands-on content
• Support change initiatives by identifying adoption risks and enabling smooth rollouts
• Collaborate closely with change, communications, HR, and project teams
• Proven background in technical training and/or change delivery
• Insurance industry experience is essential (London Market exposure highly desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Confident simplifying complex concepts for varied audiences
• Experience with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and e-learning tools
• Knowledge of Articulate 360, Vyond, or Canva is an advantage
