The opportunity

We’re Cryptio. We build infrastructure to bring financial integrity to the crypto economy. We’ve raised $26m from tier-1 investors (Point Nine, 1kx, Tim Draper, Alven, Ledger Cathay) and partner with clients like Circle, Uniswap, and the Government of El Salvador.

We’re hiring Enterprise Solutions Consultants – trusted advisors who will help some of the world’s largest institutions, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi projects implement Cryptio’s enterprise-grade back-office platform.

What you’ll do

This isn’t just project management. It’s about guiding clients through complexity and helping them adopt crypto ’ll work at the intersection of finance, technology, and operations - ensuring our customers see value quickly and sustainably.

• Lead onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients, from kick-off to post-go-live support

• Understand each client’s business model and help configure Cryptio to fit their workflows

• Map fund flows and align our platform with their reporting and finance stack

• Drive adoption by making clients confident, trained, and autonomous by the end of implementation

• Act as a trusted advisor, anticipating client needs and guiding them through challenges

We’re looking for someone who

• Has 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, ERP/enterprise software implementation, or financial services (Big 4 or fintech background a plus)

• Brings deep subject matter expertise in accounting, reconciliation, loans, and crypto concepts

• Has worked in client-facing roles, ideally onboarding or implementing enterprise software

• Understands financial workflows, accounting principles, and reporting systems

• Is familiar with APIs, integrations, and technical architecture

• Communicates equally well with technical teams and executive stakeholders

• Takes a consultative, problem-solving approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments
